The Blue Wren Coffee House provides a unique full-service cafe coffee specializing in specialty coffee catering for corporate events, private parties, weddings, and more. Our hand-crafted drinks, baristas, and exclusive experiences will impress your guests. See our many options below for your next event. We can’t wait to serve you!

The Blue Wren Coffee House catering prices include 2-3 hours of serving time and one barista.
These options are listed below. We can increase the numbers too, decreasing the over cost per person.
Option One: $650 minimum. This includes:
-any hot or cold coffees, lattes, or teas with flavors and toppings
-coffee cake (crumb, blueberry, apple cakes)
-covers 0 - 50 guests
Option Two: $900 minimum. This includes:
-any hot or cold coffees, lattes, or teas with flavors and toppings
-coffee cake (crumb, blueberry, apple cakes)
-covers 51 - 75 guests
Option Three: $1,100 minimum. This includes:
-any hot or cold coffees, lattes, or teas with flavors and toppings
-coffee cake (crumb, blueberry, apple cakes)
-covers 76 - 100 guests
We can also offer vegan and gluten-free baked goods for $3 extra per person (in multiples of 12)

*We ask for a head count two weeks prior, including baked goods choices
*We need two hours to set up/take down (before and after)
*We require a 50% deposit to hold
*In the event of inclement weather, our little coffee house does not have brakes so that all deposits will be refunded.
Travel Policy:
We serve and are licensed in Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester counties. We travel 30 miles outside of Warrington, PA. However, a greater distance can be accommodated for an additional travel surcharge.
